Normally we ship all orders within two working days after your payment is cleared. Occasionally shipping could be delayed up to one week.
How do I check the status of my order?
Click on ‘TRACK ORDER’ link and sign-up to your account. Then click on either ‘VIEW MY ORDERS’ or ‘CHECK MY ORDER STATUS’ links. You can choose to either cancel a particular order by clicking on the ‘CANCEL ORDER’ link (if it is available), or you can view the details of a particular order by clicking on the ‘VIEW DETAILS’ link. If the order has been shipped you can also get the tracking information.
What credit cards are accepted?
We accepts credit cards from MasterCard, VISA, DISCOVER and American Express.
What are your shipping methods?
We use UPS ground service. If need be we can expedite a shipment, but additional shipping costs will be incurred.
Will you be adding any other products?
YES! We are in the process of negotiating with new suppliers to offer new products!

Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we can easily cancel it. Go to the MY ACCOUNT. Then click on either ‘VIEW MY ORDERS’ or ‘CHECK MY ORDER STATUS’ links. There you are able to chancle an order online. In any other case please read our refund policy.
What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after Sports Addict Inc receives your order. If you do not receive this message within one hour of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us using our contact form.
